Restarting Forza horizon 4

Hey buddy you said in one of your threads that to get online working you should restart forza 4 horizon in the settings however is there anyway to get the progress of the game back or is that it, i've officially lost it forever

Forza Horizon 4 Endless Downloading

So about 39 hours ago i started downloading Forza Horizon 4, in the beginning it says that it will be 74 GB. Now im on 97 GB and it still downloading. I've tried restarting pc, clearing microsoft store cache...

Thanks for your post. I understand you are experiencing an issue with missing saved progress in Forza Horizon 4. To troubleshoot this issue please quit Forza Horizon 4, restart your PC and re-launch the game. Upon launch, your game should sync your last
saved data.
