restarting a download

My mom accidentally stopped at download of tomb raider. How can we start it back up before my brother gets home. Thanks!

Download restarting?

I've been trying to download the dragonborn DLC for skyrim and after much frustration with the slow xbox live dashboard and many error codes I managed to get the DLC 90% downloaded. Then it suddenly dropped back down to pending and a few seconds later back
to active download but at 0% where it has stayed for an hour since. I'd really like some help here!

I've turned it off and on many times, also its a 360s so I don't think removing the hard drive is an option?

you can go back to it in the marketplace, and there should be a download again option where the purchase option was.

Xbox's hard drive can be easily removed, I'm surprised you didn't know, here's the guide, it's very simple;

support.xbox.com/.../add-remove-hard-drive

Try deleting the partial download data again and follow that up with clearing your system cache. Then try powercycling your network equipment (turn off modem and router/gateway for 30 seconds) and the X360 before attempting the download again.

Tried the above and it didn't fix the issue but changed it slightly. Now it will sit at 1% for a couple minutes before saying "cannot download dragonbord DLC".

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully get the Darkness to download successfully. I can definitely see how disheartening this could be for anyone to come across, but I'm confident we can get to the bottom of this. When you get
the chance, I recommend rolling back your console's updates as outlined in our support page entitled Troubleshoot problems with an update to your
Xbox 360 console.

The ideal is to keep what has already been downloaded, I believe that if you report this to the support maybe they will work on some improvement. The best would be to have a good internet to download fast and not need to turn off the pc.
