Restarted the game, rebooted my system, full shut down of my system and still getting this...

im not having the problem with any games but I'm trying to log into my profile and the code popped up so I did a full shut down of my XBOX 1 S and it helped so if you don't know how to do a full shut down of the system all you got to do is is go to your
system settings go to down to power &startup hit the turn off or restart there you well see a tab that says full shut down and a tab that says restart hit the full shut down

most of the time doing the powercycle fixes most of my problems To fix localized Xbox One Xbox Live sign-in problems or games not starting

Hard reboot should do the trick. Hold the Xbox logo on the system until its completely shut down and then restart with your Xbox controller.

Holding down the power button on the console and allowing a full reboot has fixed the issue. I was using the controller to shut down the system each time.
