Restart to play games

Having to restart my xbox one to play games or use apps. Sequence: start xbox one, restart xbox one, play games/use apps

Destiny 2 + expansion preorder issues

If you have preordered the game, you should be able to play it now.

If you're unable to play still, restart your console pressing the xbox button, press settings, press restart.

Lets try hard resetting the console (steps below) but before you do that remove all profiles on the console that contain games on them.

Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds until it powers down once done unplug it from receiving power and sending HDMI signals again once done wait up to five (5) - six (6) minutes uninterrupted. Plug it back in and boot up the console the green
Xbox logo should appear let it finish when you are at the home download the profiles you deleted and try launching a game / app.

-If you don't know the console will Not remove any saves you have so don't worry about that

Hi!

What game is it? Some games have the option to restart levels.

Any game like fifa,call of duty,watchdogs.These are some of the games I want to restart.And what about other games too?

Try going into system settings on the dashboard, choose memory, then find "Alice" on the list of games saved and delete it.

Some games have an option to start a new game in the menu. So you'd want to check there first. Otherwise, you can usually start over if you delete your game save for the game.
