    It's to try to help people not exploit the option. As long as the setting is being used correctly (ie. only setting your own console as your Home), there really isn't a need to have to change it multiple times in a 1 year period. You can also still use
    your content as long as you're signed into Live.

    Thats not right at all I payed for my games and should be able to have unlimited times with my home xbox now I cant play my games because my account isnt home anymore and I spent well good money and now I got to wait a year? Sounds like xbox is becomeing
    a joke.

    you see the message Can’t make this your home Xbox. You may be eligible to receive an exception. If you don't see a survey, then you'll have to wait until your limit resets on its
    own.
