    This is a message on behalf of all PUBG players who have been waiting patiently over the last 6 months for a game that is playable and on the whole free from bugs. A game that doesn't crash 2-3 times a session at best. A company (Bluehole)who have released
    an absolute shambles of a last update which seems to have left the game running similar to how it did when it was released. Yes we know the game is in preview but Bluehole's lack of communication and aknowledgment of the issues is frustrating. Microsoft have
    paid Bluehole for the exclusivity, and should take some accountability. My question is what are you, Microsoft, doing to support Bluehole and give them the tools/people and the kick up the backside they need to develop a game we can all enjoy. As an active
    member of the PUBG community it appears that Bluehole have taken our money and done a runner, using it to develop the game on the PC and leaving Xbox players out in the lurch. PUBG has the potential to be at the forefront of the Battle Royale genre, but without
    them doing something pretty drastic, PUBG will be dead in 6 months once a competent developer introduces their own game. Microsoft, give us the confidence you are doing all you can to address the issues, and I emplor you to force Bluehole to address their
    community directly.

    Xbox one x pubg bundle

    Does anyone from Microsoft or the Xbox community know if there will be another release of the Xbox one X PUBG bundle? It came with the Xbox one x pubg and an extra controller, at least through Best Buy that’s what the bundle was.

    PUBG stats rolled back on Xbox gamehub

    I appreciate your response. I have submitted a support ticket with PUBG. Are you positive its on PUBG’s end? Isnt xbox gamehub controlled by xbox?

    The way I see it Xbox draws player stats from PUBG API and adds new games, wins and kills to xbox gamehub. But for nearly 800 matches (400hours of my life) to be rolled back, it would have to be an error on xbox side

    I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this unexpected issue with PUBG on your Xbox one
    Here in the Microsoft community forums I haven't see an issue like yours recently

    I was not able to find something like this in the official PUBG support website.
    In this situation I recommend to contact PUBG support to see if this is a known issue or not

    But you didn't get suspended unjustly.You admit to using profanity which is against the ToU/CoC.

    Doesn't matter who starts it,if you respond in a way that violates the rules you risk enforcement action on your account.People know this & will quite often try & provoke someone into sending a abusive reply just to report them.It's always best to just
    report & block anyone sending abusive messages over live.

    Every so often you may get a thank you message from the enforcement team if someone is banned/suspended due to a report you filed but this is very rare.Other than that you will not know whether someone is suspended due to a report you filed or not.

    As the enforcement team do not use the forums you would need to go to the enforcement site
    https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB to see info on any suspension you have & file for a case review if eligible.
