Respawn: We Did Not Sell Titanfall to Microsoft

I've purchased the rights to any future Titanfall games and you'll only be able to play future titles if you live in the area I live so feel free to visit, accommodation is cheap, biscuits are free

I actually hope Titanfall 2 makes it to the PS4 because then at least PS4 owners have a game to play "trolololo", just kidding Sony fanboys!. Seriously though I do hope Titanfall 2 makes it to the PS4 because it's a great game.

 

The PS4 version looks better and it's 1080p!

So Titanfall is not possible on any other machine. LOL. EA being the biggest money grabbers out there, they will go for every platform available, including MacOS, and android

 

@Lofty, do I need micro transaction for kitkats, or cans of coke, or are they also included (i wouldn't like to pay the biscuit bill)

 

Thanx to TF beta i canceled my pre order of Titanfall. game plays just like COD only instead of killstreaks you get robots and stuff. Paying full price for online only game is lame. In fact, i am enjoying PvZ a lot more and it only cost me $30.

Vince already said they went to sony and microsoft, microsoft gave them free dedicated servers sony wouldnt (sony cant afford FREE servers)

 

Hmm, I'm liking the Xbox One version a little better. Too many crushed blacks on the PS4 version.

As for Titanfall 2, I'll have moved on to Battlefront by then, and I wont mind PS4 sharing the sequel with us.

 

N7, It is not just down to free servers. Heck it is EA that publish the game, and all of their other games they provide the servers for. What makes you think they wouldn't for the next Titanfall, when they want money.

Microsoft not only provided the servers to respawn, when they approached both, i can assure you, that money exchanged hands somewhere. To help with development and to secure the rights to Titanfall. Don't for one second think it's just the servers that secured
it.

And if EA get their way. I can also assure you that they would want it on the PS4. Just to get extra money

Now i am not saying that is a good or bad thing. It is just the way EA are.

Again, when your getting shot from every angle, or killing boat loads AI. Who is going to stand in the corner or the map on a building and look out over the whole map. Not me......

Although i do confess, i sometimes do that on Shanghai on BF4, from the top of the tower in the middle. And think, this is one big, holy, lovely map..........
