    When I try to join my friends world who has packs on it gets stuck when downloading the packs and just stays very close the the end pf the download. I tried re-opening Minecraft on my PS5 and it did the same thing

    - Are you able to load other worlds that have resource packs on them?

    Can’t load into a friend’s realm on Minecraft Bedrock edition

    I tried reinstalling on xbox, ios, and windows and even after reinstalling on all platforms it's still stuck on loading resource packs.

    If you meant Resource packs, then you'd be correct. You can craft med packs with your resources you get from purchasing resource packs with your ration seals.
