The best way to reach Live Support would be here:
    https://support.xbox.com/contact-us

    Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

Step 5 ----Select request a call from support

I do not have the option to cancel the subscription on my "Xbox Game Pass for PC (Beta)" subscription. Microsoft has attempted to charge my card a week ahead of the renewal date listed on my account. When clicking Manage, I only have the option to "Pay Now"
for the charge that was attempted 7 days early. No option to cancel or update my subscription is listed. When I tried to contact support, the only option I am given is to talk to some random [mod removed] who happens to own an Xbox who copy/pasted the incorrect
and unhelpful text from the help article, not someone from Microsoft's billing department. It's absurd that a company the size of Microsoft doesn't have employees to handle billing issues and has to rely on volunteer neckbeards to manage their credit card
information. I don't foresee myself ever providing credit card information to Microsoft again. This is beyond ridiculous. This is bordering on [mod removed] fraud.

CANCEL MY DAMN SUBSCRIPTION AND ENSURE THE CURRENT "FAILED" CHARGE DOES NOT GO THROUGH, OR ANY FURTHER CHARGES.
Only employees can handle billing and account problems you would have to call in to support Twitter and the forms are mostly handled by volunteers

Hello User_838, sorry to hear you're having trouble.

If you're getting this message and are over 18 or the age of majority in your country then there are some ways to work around it.

The first one would be to log in to https://account.microsoft.com/family and see if you're in a family. If you are and your account is set up properly then you can simply leave the family and would be good to go.

Another way would be to find the parent account and have it change your settings to allow you to play. Once done simply log out of your account then back in (ie. restart the PC) and you should be able to log in and play.

Finally, if your account age is not set properly and you are over 18 or the age of majority then you can change your age at https://account.microsoft.com. Once done you would need to provide proof of age by adding a credit card in your name to your account.

If you have trouble with any of this then you can contact support via https://support.xbox.com/contact-us. Just start a chat and when you get to a fellow gamer ask to be escalated to a Microsoft Advocate for more help.

Hello! My recommendation would be to contact Xbox's customer support which can be found here. Also, have you checked your purchase history on your Microsoft account? To do this:

    1. Head to Microsoft.com and be sure you're logged in.

    2. Click your icon with your name in the top right corner, and then click "My Microsoft account" (Example of what I mean can be found here).

    3. Scroll down to payment and billing and see if the item that is currently being billed on your account is logged onto there (And if it is, you should more than likely be able to request a refund. For more information about this, you can find out more here).

it sounds like you have a past due balance on a subscription. this has to be paid before other purchases are made.

When your Xbox subscription is suspended and you have an outstanding balance, you must pay the balance in full to continue using it. Here’s how to pay your past due balance online:

    1. Sign in to your Services & subscriptions page with your Microsoft account.
Note If you don't know your Microsoft account email address or password, use the Lost
      Account Solution
      or the Lost Password Solution.
    2. Find your past due subscription in the list. The amount past due will be in red.
    3. Select Pay now, and then follow the instructions to pay the balance due.
If you need to add a new payment option to pay your balance, like a new credit card or your mobile phone carrier, follow the instructions on the Change
how you pay for an Xbox subscription
      page.
Note Adding a digital code will not settle the balance you owe. You need to settle the outstanding balance using the steps above before redeeming your digital code.
