Resolution with issues is 110% at microsoft's discretion.

I contacted microsoft after my subscription was automatically canceled for removing a billing option. I have been told 'm being refunded my money in 3-5 business days, whatever. This is still an issue for me because I had no intention of canceling my subscription
nor was I prompted any notification while removing a billing option. Microsoft did not wait 3-5 business to take the money from the card on

my account or cancel my subscription. I suppose if I called I could have better explained my issue but unfortunately that option was conveniently unavailable although I'm not sure it would have made much of a difference as I am
sure there's some policy in the small print protecting the extremely wealthy corporation with no regards to the millions of not so wealthy that have faithfully paid to build said corporation. Maybe if I could type faster I could have better explained myself.
A code for the subscription I did not cancel or just reactivating my account would have resolved my issue fully. I played xbox for many years with a different GT but went to playstation when I was unable to login or recover my account and recently came back
with a little influence from a nephew who I introduced to xbox. Things like this are discouraging and make me reconsider coming back to xbox.
