Olá,

Após ficar alguns dias sem utilizar o Xbox One S, tive a "grata" surpresa de ligá-lo e não dar imagem.

Após realizar o procedimento de (reset = botão ejete + power) ele ligou em baixa resolução (640x480p)

Ao ir até as configurações para aumentar a resolução (minha tv é fullHD) o console não aceitava.

Sempre que aumento a resolução a TV apresenta a mensagem (SEM SINAL). Voltando a resolução para 640x480p.

Em alguns momento na troca da resolução ele mantem 100%, ao confirmar a tela volta a ficar preta e sem sinal.

Alguém que passou por isso???

Encontrei alguns casos na internet que supostamente tiveram que desembolsar entre 300,00 a 800,00 para um possível reparo.

Se precisar fazer isso troco por um PS4.

Thank you for your post. I understand your Xbox One S is only allowing 640x480 resolution on your television. To further troubleshoot this, please try performing a

Factory Reset on your console.

Hi JulienCLEMENT,

sorry to hear.Your Xbox One displays 480p if it does not receive an EDID from your TV. This is the lowest resolution possible for the Xbox One. However, the console was not designed to display at low resolutions. So I think maybe your TV is faulty?
But please read about here:

Thanks for keeping us updated. The best way to see if the problem corresponds with your TV is to connect the Xbox to a different TV or monitor. Try that out, if possible, and let us know the results.

You can also try resetting the Xbox display settings to default. afterwards, check to see if you can adjust she settings. You can do so by following these steps :

If there's a disc in the Xbox One console, eject it.
On the console, press and hold the Xbox button
for 10 seconds to turn off the console.
Press and hold the Xbox button
and the Eject button until you hear a beep to turn on the console. You’ll hear one beep right away and a second beep 10 seconds later. The power light will flash on before the second beep. DO NOT LET GO until the second beep occurs.

Note If you have an Xbox One S All-Digital Edition, you’ll need to press and hold the
Xbox button and the Bind button instead, as your console does not have an
Eject button.

In either case, this will boot your console in low resolution mode (640 × 480). To reset this setting, press the
Xbox button to open the guide. Go to System >
Settings > Display & sound > Video output, and then select the resolution you want from the Display dropdown.

Ma TV est une LG 46LB5610 ...

Cela m'étonnerait que le problème vienne de ma TV car il y a une semaine tout allait bien (mon PC Gamer est actuellement branché sur cette dernière est il n'y a aucun souci avec lui).
