    je rencontre le même problème impossible de me connecter.

    g appelé le support d'aide Xbox qui m'ont fait patienter une heure pour enfin me dire que ça venait de fermé.

    je suis dégoûté de payer autan pour un service encore plus pourri que le Playstation network.

    ou est l’intérêt de payé si on a pas une meilleur qualité de prestation.

    je demanderai la résiliation de mon compte et ferai une publicité que personne aimerai avoir de vos service.

    c'est déj honteux de faire payer les utilisateur mais encore plus de leur vendre des produits qui ne tiennent pas la route.

    mon GT c'est alig691 (un compte soit disant piraté)

    find your Microsoft account email address
    guide can walk you through some steps to find that. Once you have that,

    this guide
    has the steps you'll need to close the account.

    Alternately, you can reach your local phone team directly at 0800 91 52 74 and they can assist you further securely and directly to help your recover your account information and close out that account.

    You will need to pay off the past due balance in order to make sure the subscription is canceled. If you do not cancel the subscription or turn off the auto renew before the subscription's renewal date, and the payment method cannot be charged due to an
    expired card, the account will begin to produce an past due balance until it is paid off. You can pay off the balance with another payment method from here:

    Sorry but i won't pay for a service i do not use.

    Microsoft did not answer to me several weeks ago. I do not use anymore the gold live since mycanal app does not work anymore.

    Then why should i pay 60€ ?

    Can you tell me why nobody's available on the phone ? And in french ?
