    Bonsoir,

    J'avais pris un abonnement xbox live pour regarder canal via l'application mycanal.

    Depuis plusieurs mois, l'application ne fonctionne plus car elle n'est plus mise jour.

    J'ai donc envoyé un mail afin de connaitre la procédure pour arrêter l'abonnement.

    Mail resté sans réponse.

    Je reçois ce jour un mail disant que l'abonnement n'a pas pu être renouvelé car la carte de crédit a expiré.

    Je n'arrive pas me désabonner car ils me demandent de payer. Or je n'ai pas utilisé l'abonnement puisque e ne me sers plus de la xbox. Et les prélèvements se font tous les 2 Avril depuis 2016 (1er prélèvement le 10 février 2015) et l ils mettent une date
    au 10 Mars.

    Il m'est impossible de contacter par téléphone ou mail une personne de microsoft.

    Help me please.

    Good evening,

    I had taken an xbox live subscription to watch channel via the mycanal application.

    For several months, the application no longer works because it is no longer updated.

    So I sent an email to know the procedure to stop the subscription.

    Mail remained unanswered.

    I receive an email today saying that the subscription could not be renewed because the credit card has expired.

    I can not unsubscribe because they ask me to pay.
    But I did not use the subscription since e do not use me more xbox.

    And the samples are done every 2nd of April since 2016 (1st sampling on February 10th 2015) and there they put a date 10th of March.

    It is impossible for me to contact by telephone or mail a person from microsoft.

    Help me please.]

    You will need to pay off the past due balance in order to make sure the subscription is canceled. If you do not cancel the subscription or turn off the auto renew before the subscription's renewal date, and the payment method cannot be charged due to an
    expired card, the account will begin to produce an past due balance until it is paid off. You can pay off the balance with another payment method from here:

    Unfortunately we cannot help with billing related issues on the forums since we do not have the proper tools to handle sensitive account information. You will need to contact Xbox customer support and speak to a billing specialist to help you with this issue:

    5. Select show contact options and go to step 4

    Sorry but i won't pay for a service i do not use.

    Microsoft did not answer to me several weeks ago. I do not use anymore the gold live since mycanal app does not work anymore.

    Then why should i pay 60€ ?

    Can you tell me why nobody's available on the phone ? And in french ?
