Resident Evil Zero TURN off Xbox One X

@BlackSilverace, buying on PS3 you will get the ugly PSone edition! You don't want that kind of graphics! I have them all on the good old nintendo gamecube on high graphics settings

So why not wanting Resident Evil ZERO????? it's one of the best in the series.

Thanks for the info coco. It’s nice to hear something other than reinstall or clear the cache, knowing that it’s something that needs some kind of update.

I can understand that issues like these may happen from time to time. But what I don’t understand is that after knowing that this is an issue, Microsoft continues to sell the game in it’s current state. I bought it 2 days ago, played for 20 minutes and
it shut my xbox one off. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it did the same thing again. I have always enjoyed microsoft products but it makes you think that they care more about the money than the customer when they knowingly continue to sell a bad product.

Hopefully they will soon remove the patch because I wanted to play this holiday before Resident Evil 2 comes out and it will be impossible.

Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue. We are aware of this for some reason seems to be the game that is doing this. We are investigating this issue as there are many that are affected by this. In the meantime, you can try to uninstall and reinstall
the game.
