could go on forever mate they should revamp every 1 and upgrade all the old classics to the consoles we have today

resident evil zero took place at the same time of RE 1. it shows how rebbeca chambers made it to the mansion. and i thought according to resident evil story line, during or sometime after RE1 albert wesker was give one of the virus's.

Sorry to hear it. Please try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds to see if that helps.

If you have an external hard drive attached you could try moving the game from external to internal or vice versa if need be.

A final attempt would be to try a factory reset on the console either with keeping installed games and apps or without.
