Resident Evil Zero crashes and shutdown the system

The resident evil zero is unplayable right now on Xbox. If you start from the begining it will crash your console. (It just shutdown, and you have to turn in on manually)

The issue appears when certain videos are played, for example:

On the train, when you have to fix some cables. (about 10-15 minutes from start)

I did some research and these problems didnt happen when the game was released, so must be a problem with newer system OS.

I`m not the only one with the problem, as you can see here:

resident evil 4 (which is already out for like 1840 microsoft points)

resident evil code veronica x (which is now out for like 1840 microsoft points)

resident evil survivor 2 (code veronica)

resident evil umbrella co-operation

judge dreed

s.w.a.t

crash bandicoot (is the number 1 that should be out!)

could go on forever mate they should revamp every 1 and upgrade all the old classics to the consoles we have today

@BlackSilverace, buying on PS3 you will get the ugly PSone edition! You don't want that kind of graphics! I have them all on the good old nintendo gamecube on high graphics settings

So why not wanting Resident Evil ZERO????? it's one of the best in the series.

What troubleshooting steps have you tried to resolve this issue?

A complete
power cycle or
soft factory reset should be where to start along with re-installing the game.

Was there a recent update for the game? Have you contacted Capcom support?

If you have the youtube app open on your console can you try closing it to see if the console still crashes. I know with my console a little while ago if I had the youtube app open even in the background it would sometimes cause my console to crash when
playing games?

 

From what I’ve seen the only workaround for now is to skip the cutscenes.
