Resident evil village missing dlc

I pre-ordered the gold edition on Xbox one x at my local GameStop. After picking up the physical copy on launch day, I installed my game and redeemed my dlc voucher. I was supposed to receive the street wolf alternative outfit for rose, but it is missing. I have seen many people do a step by step video on where to go to change into the costume. I don't have that option, it's completely missing. I have the winter expansion & everything else but that. The GameStop where I pre-ordered it said they could do nothing.

The Gold Edition includes: - Resident Evil Village main game - Winters' Expansion additional content - Trauma Pack DLC - Access to Resident Evil Re:Verse online game Note: Resident Evil Village and the Trauma Pack DLC will become playable upon the release of the Gold Edition.

I have completed the process above, for a second time, as well as checked my account order history and the game & all add-ons say redeemed. I can play the Winter pack, but the add-on Street Wolf Outfit is not there. All DLC's show as downloaded on my console.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

First, make sure that you’re signed in where the DLC voucher was redeemed. Please sign in to http://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and locate the transaction. It should be stated as “redeemed” or “completed”.

Once confirmed that you’re signed in under the correct account, for cases like this what we initially need to do is to quit the game and perform power cycle in that way once you launch the game your in-game data will just re-sync.

Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.
