Resident Evil: Two achievements still locked after game completion

I killed the Crimson head prototype miniboss. I took the item and used it to unlock the cemetery and residential areas. After clearing and finishing these areas I collected the other stone and metal object and finally I used both to unlock the gate leading
to the last fight with Lisa Travor.

I just unlocked them with a brand new save after deleting all my save slots from Xbox console and cloud. By the way they unlock when the items are obtained, nothing more.

For "Not Just Any Object" what exactly did you do? a lot of people believe that they just need to collect the items, but dont actually finished the achievement

If you are experiencing an error message when attempting to update Resident Evil 4 on Xbox One, please completely uninstall and reinstall the game.

then

If you still experience issues after reinstalling the game, and have a physical disc version, please completely uninstall the Resident Evil 4 installation, keep the disc inside your Xbox One, launch the Xbox Store and download Resident Evil 4 directly
from the Xbox Store.

my diablo 3 achievements for Above & Beyond and trade in didn't unlock for me. it shows that they are completed but are still locked. hopefully they will unlock when i get on later today to play. after the alert was over i did get two more achievements,
but these two are still locked even though they are shown to be completed.
