Discus and support Resident Evil Revelations 2 DLC problem in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I paid for three weapon dlc. but I still can not downland these three dlc, when I check in store page, it show me I don't paid for it....     I paid for three weapon dlc. but I still can not downland these three dlc, when I check in store page, it show me I don't paid for it.

    Resident Evil Revelations 2 DLC problem

    Hello bennetchen22,

    Have you tried going to your My Games and Apps section, selecting Games and highlighting Resident Evil? When you do so, click Manage and see what DLC items are available to download. Let me know how that turns out for you!

    Yes, I have checked in My Games, other episode and DLC is ok, just the three weapon DLC is not available.

    If you go to your Account Page, do the purchased weapon DLCs appear in your purchase history under Payment and Billing?

    Yes, the order history shows "Completed". and I have received credit card message from the bank.
