Resident Evil Remastered achievements not unlocking

I have contacted support and have a reference number. Was told to post this here.

Operation Raccoon City DLC achievements

The Resident Evil ORC DLC achievements have not appeared yet on this site which is blocking players from unlocking their achievements correctly. Any ETA on when this can be fixed?

 

Resident Evil 1-4 Games For 360??

they need to remaster these games & release them like they have resident evil & resident evil 0 they need to release the other titles remastered as well

 

sign out of your console then sign back in! also perform a hard reset, hold the button down on your console for 5-10 seconds.

 

Already done all of that. Took out my profile and put it back in, cleared cache. Other people on the console get the achievements just fine. I completed the game and have gotten nothing.

If you haven't already, please be sure to run through all the steps on
this page. Towards the end is a link to a sticky thread which includes more steps to attempt. Be sure to wait the 72 hours, as it can take a bit of time for it to unlock. If you've tried all the troubleshooting steps and the issue continues please be sure

I have gone through every step with Xbox support. I was told to come here and someone would take my reference number to get it fixed.

 

Anlakin, I hear you and I feel your pain!! I've been having similar issues, I also spoke to xbox live tech support and was advised the same as you - 'post on the forums' basically xbox live are passing the buck and shirking their responsibilities in expecting
other users to sort problems of xbox live's own making - it's really not on.

On the subject of the 'wait 72 hours' advice that xbox live repeatedly tell people - is it really acceptable that we should have to wait at
all for achievements? They should pop instantly, like they did (and still do on) the 360.

The XBOX ONE console and Live services, are clearly not fit for the purposes for which they're intended.
