    Resident Evil Preorder Promotion


    I preordered Resident Evil 7 and when I placed the order it had said that approx. 2 weeks after the promotion ended I should get a message on my xbox One to download Resident Evil Retribution....that would have put the approx date around the 15th or 16th
    of this month. I have yet to receive a message with the code to redeem for this movie.

    xbox live rewards punch cards for december 2016

    hi back in december 2016 there was a pre order puch card promotion that stated I would get a $ 15 credit once I pre ordered 3 qualifying title one of the titles was resident evil 7 . I purchased all my game within that promotions time frame but I am concerened
    that I will not get the credit since the funds for that preorder resident evil 7 was just recently taken out . can you please review my account and verify that I will still be getting my promotional credit once resident evil is released

    Hi , I preorder resident evil 7 biohazard , which was my 3rd punch for lost months promotion , I was told that I would get my 15,000 credits once the game was released ... could you look into this ?

    I'd definitely go for the games on sale. I rarely do preorder unless it's a game I really want (like resident evil 2 remake).

    If you preordered any of the games before the offer began on October 1, they won't count.

    In order to qualify, the games had to be preordered during the offer period which began on October 1. According to support, only your preorder of Resident Evil was made during the offer period. The other games were not, so they were not eligible.
