Resident evil biohazard deluxe plus movie promo

hello promo team! I purchased the resident evil deluxe edition that included the movie with my purchase back on may 8th. It was stated i would get a promo code for the new movie within 14 days of my purchase. I have never received the code for the movie
download yet and its been much longer than 14 days. My purchase number is [Mod Removed]. Please can you help me out with this matter? Thank you for your time!

i just googled how to post screenshots here for you, and it says currently you can not post images in forums. Is there another way for me to get you the screenshots?

 

Hey! You can save the image to your computer and then upload it directly using the image feature on the forums. Alternatively, you can use an image hosting site, such as
One Drive, and provide us with a link to the screenshot.
