    Resident Evil 8 not working


    When I say it's not working I don't mean it won't open. When I went to Games and Apps to play it but it just kept crashing so I uninstalled it. When I tried to reinstall it, it said I didn't own the game and I needed to buy it as if I refunded it. It doesn't appear in my Owned Games tab and RE-VERSE is behaving the same way. I also never got money back. Does anyone know if there is a fix or did I just loose $70 on the deluxe edition?

    Rewards punch cards not working correctly

    I know the Mass Effect one wouldn't work, same with the Resident Evil 8 one but I didn't buy Mass Effect so not bothered about that one but I did buy Resident Evil 8. I contacted Rewards Support and they gave me the 250 points I should have got from the app. It's been the same for 3 weeks. Now. First Resident Evil 8 then Mass Effect now these 2. Ias I said before though I got June ones working. Just lucky maybe.

    I highly recommend following the troubleshooting steps below:

    After each step try to see if the issue is fixed!

    First, please select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm.

    Then, hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, until the console shuts off, then unplug the power cord and wait for 2-3 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the Xbox.

    If the issue persists, please select System > Settings > devices and streaming > blue ray > persistent storage > clear three times > restart console.

    If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps

    Yes, I tried that earlier. All of my games work, except for Resident Evil 6 Resident Evil 7.

    Because it was Resident Evil games that were working, I even tried my digitally downloaded Resident Evil games, but they work just fine.
