Resident Evil 7 Pre-Order DLC missing

These pre-order DLCs for resident Evil 7 aren't working:

• Shotgun Set,
• Handgun Set,
• Burner Set,
• Action Set (also included in Steelbook / Collectors Edition)

I've redeemed all 4 DLC codes successfully but none of them were downloaded to my HDD. I checked the ready to install section of RE7 but they don't show up there either. Is it possible that Microsoft or Capcom forgot to upload them?

Missing points

For the horror theme I'm missing the 2,000 points for buying the avatar items. Also, for the pre-order punch card I never got credit for pre-ordering Final Fantasy XV or Resident Evil 7.

 

MyVIP Pre-orders

I pre-ordered Resident Evil 7 weeks ago. It has not been accepted in my Pre-order VIP mission, still showing for me to pre-order the game. I already have 2 of the 3 purchases complete just waiting on the Resident Evil 7 to take effect. If I can have this
looked into that would be great. Thanks.

Do we have any progress on this yet? It's been nearly a week and still no answers from anyone.

 

I'd also like to know when we can expect a fix. I just checked the ready-to-install list of RE7 and the DLCs still don't show up.

The thing is the longer it takes the less I can use the DLCs because when I've finished the game I don't need them anymore.

okay just got the survival pack recovery set. All the other bonus items still missing though.

 

Yeah the only packs that have been working are the Recovery Set and the Chemfluid Set. The other four are broken.

The problem has been fixed! I've just been able to download all my pre-order DLCs for RE7. Check your ready-to-install list.
