Resident evil 7 DLC and SEASON pack CODES not working

code for resident evil 7 season pack. not showing in the download and when you go to xbox store, it wants to pay for it again and not saying you already own it, also the dlc that game sealed in the game is not showing as well, can you help please ?

Resident Evil 7 Season Pass DLC codes not working properly

When buying the Season Pass DLC for Resident Evil 7 from a retailer instead of directly from the Xbox Store the Season Pass doesn't work as intended.

I bought mine from Amazon and redeemed it successfully however nothing was downloaded on my Xbox, the ready-to-install list of RE7 is empty and when I view the Xbox Store page for the Season Pass it still asks me to pay:

Some users said that all the codes sold at retail erroneously unlock the Season Pass for the Windows 10 version of the game instead of the Xbox One version. I can't verify this since I don't own a Windows 10 PC but I can confirm that the code didn't unlock
the Xbox One version of the Season Pass.
