    Hi there,

    I have an Xbox series S console but I’ve just tried to buy and download the remake of resident evil 4 but it has a message saying not compatible with this device. Any ideas why I’ve got this message and how I can purchase/download it? The original is one of my favourite games so I’m gutted if I can’t play it.
