Resident Evil 4 refunded apparently

So I tried to go resident evil 4 today to finish Separate ways and everything else but apparently it's been refunded, which I haven't asked for. On top of that, I haven't received any cash for this refund, so what is going on and how do I get my game back?

I hope that Resident Evil 2, Resident Evil 3 Nemesis, and Resident Evil Code Veronica are included in those because Resident Evil 4, Resident Evil 5, and Resident Evil 6 were shooting gallaries.
