Resident evil 4 needs a update error

I bought a hard copy this morning and every time i try to play it it says i need a update then brings me to the message "There was a problem with the update"

I live in Houston and i don't understand what the problem is. I have well enough space for a heavy update so can someone please give me a suggestion on what to do.

already tried to reinstalling twice and it stills gives me the error....

I've power cycled/reinstalled multiple times/changed my internet connection/talked to Xbox chat support/Capcom support/and have been waiting on these forums to read the same things that haven't worked for me either

That link IS from Capcom's site... anyway here is what it says:

If you are experiencing an error message when attempting to update Resident Evil 4 on Xbox One, please completely uninstall and reinstall the game.

then

If you still experience issues after reinstalling the game, and have a physical disc version, please completely uninstall the Resident Evil 4 installation, keep the disc inside your Xbox One, launch the Xbox Store and download Resident Evil 4 directly
from the Xbox Store.

[/quote]And that's why Resident Evil 4 was the worst of all Resident Evils. It was a good game (I've beaten RE4 over 30 times on the Game Cube.) it just wasn't a good Resident Evil..
