    Resident Evil 3 punch card


    This is in regard to the punch card for Resident Evil 3. I activated the punch card and a day or two later I purchased the game in the Xbox store, but the second and final punch will not finish and give me the reward for some reason. Ive tried contacting
    support but i cant get anyone in chat and i cant message the rewards support page either.

    Pre-Order for Resident EVII not registering on punchcard.

    Per the program's FAQ, Resident Evil won't actually complete the punch card off until it releases in January.

    I pre-ordered Resident Evil 7 weeks ago and it still has not shown up in my punch-card. It is the last of the 3 I need to complete the reward mission. If someone can look into it. Thanks.

    Do you get an error when you try to message the Rewards Support page?
    Does this link give you an error?     I've always had excellent response time from the Rewards Support team. How long ago was it that you purchased the title? It can take some time for it to reflect in the app, and might need a bit more time.

    Thanks for the answer. Yeah I am trying to contact then, But a message "We are sorry but something went wrong on our end. Please try again later" pops whenever I try to submit my problem.

    I guess it is because of the servers being saturated lately.
