Resident evil 2 revelations does not recognize compatibility pack

Hello good night, I'm facing a strange problem in my Resident Evil 2 Revelations on xbox 360, basically I played raid mode normally but after I made the updates and downloaded the compatibility pack I just can't play raid mode anymore, when I try it pops up a message saying I need the compatibility pack and I already have it there the game goes like this, just asking for what I already have not letting me play, I have already tried to install and uninstall the pack and the updates and such so far nothing has worked the game continues without seeing that I already have the compatibility pack, so I can't play in raid mode. It is worth mentioning that I have the physical version of the game, the one that already comes with the raid mode included
