Those are content items that are available if you purchase the "Resident Evil 2 Extra DLC Pack" or the "Resident Evil 2 Deluxe Edition".

First I'd check your Order History at
account.microsoft.com under Payments & Billing > Order History and verify that your purchase was one of the above items and that it was fully and successfully processed.

If so, then please
follow the steps here to check if the content is in "Ready to Install" under Manage Game from My Games & Apps.

It might just need to be installed.
