Resident Evil 0 (Zero) Game DVR not working

Hi.

Some may remember a problem we all had with last year's Resident Evil HD release where we were unable to capture clips using Game DVR. Unfortunately, the same thing is happening all over again. If I capture a clip or a screenshot, it will not upload, rendering
the capture useless. As with last time, if I try to edit a clip from Resident Evil 0 via Upload Studio, it will "Render" the clip, but it will not progress past "Uploading", failing immediately.

I really hope the team at Xbox can fix this issue soon. Resident Evil is my favourite franchise, and each HD release has started with a Game DVR problem >__< Thank you.

@BlackSilverace, buying on PS3 you will get the ugly PSone edition! You don't want that kind of graphics! I have them all on the good old nintendo gamecube on high graphics settings

so stupid that we are having this same issue again. by the time it was fixed for the re1 I jad already beat the gane twice and didnt feel like playing through again so I never did upload any clips. they better fix it asap this time.

I was thinking the same thing! I actually consider this to be quite an insult, not only because Xbox have yet to reply, but because I pay good money to be able to use a feature when I can't even use it on one of my favourite games! Xbox, please let us know
what is happening.

 

I just wanted to bump this thread. It's been almost a week since release, and have yet to get a reply from the Xbox Team.

 

Hey guys, im also having this problem, i remember very clearly i got a message saying your uploads for this game may take a while, my last screenshot for Re ø was 1 week ago and it shows up under uploads, but dosent show up on acticity feed, or my captures
on smartglass. This seriously [Mod Removed - Please do not attempt to bypass the word filter.] needs to be fixed. Also while your at it, how about fixing master chief collection, oh wait you guys dont care.

 

Not working here as well. I can't believe it right now 230 clips and screenshots and unable to upload it.

 

Hi, I would like to apologize about the lack of response from the Xbox Forum Team.

Resident Evil 0 is only out a week or so, meaning there are a number of bugs that will have to be fixed.

These bugs will likely be fixed in the next Title Update, in the meantime you will just have to wait for the update.

Heathen Baboon, I remember you from the first RE HD REMAKE thread about the DVR not working. That took months to fix and when it was fixed, I lost all my clips which really *** me off. I'm not going to continue to play RE 0 until this gets fixed. Good job
Xbox, same stupid problem for 2 games in the same series, you're so reliably bad. I even purchased RE0 later than when it was first released hoping I'd miss the bugs, but clearly I had too much faith in Microsoft.

Everyone will lose their clips and screenshots just like what happened with RE HD REMAKE. TM Gamin, you posted that message on Jan 27th, it is now Feb 16th, nearly 3 weeks ago. Sort it out already.

 

Emi, I have to agree with you about losing clips and screens. All my recorded stuff is gone as it couldn't be saved. Why is there no update coming for one of the major XBOX features? Sorry to say that, but I'm really disappointed. I don't blame the devs
or XBOX staff, mistakes can happen of course, but who ever is responsible, this issue needs to be adressed.

 

Hi Emi! Yes, I remember losing most of my clips, too. I was lucky enough to still have one left, which I uploaded as soon as I could.

In regards to the problem at hand, I think it is beyond a joke that this error has been going on for so long. What annoys me more is that it should be a simple fix. I disagree with it being a problem with the game software - it seems to me that it is simply
the matter of assigning an area within Xbox Live for the uploads to go... Like a folder. It can't upload a video or screenshot because it currently has no where to upload to.

Please, Xbox, get this sorted out.

 

lately, NONE of my game clips have been uploading to the xbox website which was
[MOD REMOVED], but i think it was due to having too many clips already up. So today I deleted a bunch of videos, and was able to manually upload the others to the site. I do miss the auto-upload though, maybe it will get back to doing that
if i keep some space cleared.

As for resident evil 0, no matter what clip, even the short 30 second clips, or how much free space i have, WILL NOT UPLOAD! always get the FAILED TO UPLOAD notice. WTH!
