Resident Evil 0 keeps crashing

I recently have tried to play Resident Evil 0, however the game keeps shutting down my system once I enter the cut scene on top of the train. I have done some research and found that this has been a problem for many people sense the October update. There
has been no solutions sense then from what I have found. So I would like to know if this currently being addressed. I would very much like to be able to play this game.

If Resident Evil 0 is crashing and resetting the console that’s sadly a known issue and the only remedy is to skip the cutscenes.

Put the console in the factory setting with deleting everything. Then log in again to do everything you need to run the console for the first time. Then install the games you play, and try again everything perfectly.

I would not suggest joining the insiders group just for a fix for one game. The insider group is to help test early updates, it could easily cause more issues for your system if you are not ready to help report and bug report.

Hey there SoulWolf!

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue playing Resident Evil 0.

Now to be honest I too have seen this as a common issue when concerning this game. This being the case, I would suggest referring to their developers at

Capcom Support for this particular problem, however it would not hurt for you to go ahead and try the troubleshooting we have for freezing or not launching game content.

When you get a chance, give the steps on "My Xbox One game won't start or freezes during gameplay" a shot and let us know if that helped at
all.
