    Resident Evil 0 crashing problem


    Good morning, I'm having problems on my Xbox s in the game Resident Evil 0 the same when it arrives in the first CG on top of the train where two cables joins and or on the train braking the same hangs the CG and shuts off from nothing and the control
    gets locked access already restored settings of Manufactures already downloaded the game again both in the internal HD and on the external and continues the same way and this problem so appears in this game other games are working normally

    This game can't be played! This game has multiple crash errors!

    If Resident Evil 0 is crashing and resetting the console that’s sadly a known issue and the only remedy is to skip the cutscenes.

    Resident Evil 0 crashing problem

    Hey there Guto!

    Sorry to hear that you're experiencing problems with REsident Evil.

    I split your post into it's own thread as it seemed that you are experiencing a slightly different issue than the original poster. This way, we can get your issue the attention it requires and make sure your support is tailored to your need.

    I suggest that if you are having problems with this game crashing that you try troubleshooting steps outlined on "My Xbox One game won't start
    or freezes during gameplay"     for resolution.

    When you can or get the chance, try those troubleshooting steps and let us know how that helped in resolution of the issue.

    Known issue with this game. Sadly skipping cutscenes seems to be the only “fix”.

    Capcom Support.     They use a particular ticket system in which you can either just create the ticket on their support site or send an email to the support address they provide. You always have the option to submit a

    Refund Request     through our site.
    I requested a refund but microsoft keeps saying that resident evil zero is not eligable for a refund
