    Resetting Xbox


    I've had this problem for a while now with my Xbox one x where I would reset my xbox by holding down the xbox logo button on my controller and then clicking restart, but when I do this it will just sit on a black screen for minutes upon minutes and then
    I would have to hold down the power button on the xbox to turn off the console then turn it back on.

    Is there a way I can fix this because it's annoying that my xbox doesnt restart properly, thank you.
