Resetting of Achievements

Hi,

Around 4 years ago, I modded some of achievements. Because of I didnt had much time, It felt like I couldnt unlocked them at all. Today I was looking thru my account and first ones I unlocked they are saying been unlocked at ''1.1.1753'' well, we all know
what is that mean. A year ago after getting my xbox one I actually started to really enjoy unlocking them legitimately.

After contacting live support today, they said they could access my informations but not achievements. So here I am.

Could you please either delete all of my achievements or just modded ones. Either way I'll be okay with it. Thanks in advance,

Resetting Achievements

My ex and I used to use my gamertag together because we couldnt afford to hae a live account for each of us. We split up and I want to start playing Battlefield 3 but I want to earn the achievements myself. She was the only one who played it when we were
together so now Id like to get into it but cant because all of her stuff is clogging up my tag. Is there anyway just that particular game can be reset? I dont want to lose the achievements Ive earned on other games though.

What about unlocks within the game? Like guns or mods? Is there any way to reset that?

 

The enforcement team are the only ones who can issue a gamerscore reset. Someone would have to file a complaint on you via the console in order for them to investigate your account and issue a reset. They will remove all of your gamerscore and you will not
be able to re-earn any of those achievements on that account.

 

------------MY PROBLEM IS SOLVED--------------

Time stamp 1.1.1753 is when you unlocked them OFFLINE, I thought it is to do with modding and getting paranoid about it but, nope.

My gamerscore wasnt matching when I was calculating thru website, I opened my console and calculated 5 times and came as what it should be. I think on website it doesnt show up all the achievements.

So anyone who is facing that type of issue, no need to worry or contact to support team ORRRRR trying to mod it back to what you think is right could lead you to ban.
