    Oops I read wrong. 216 hours community and 153 hours mytime.

    Actually the fastest times are still there. It's the number of games played and number of wins that were reset, along with the medals.

    Unfortunately, there is no way of playing the said game without access to the associated XBL account.

    If you remember the email to the account, have you tried resetting the password? You should have a linked secondary email or phone number when you signed up for the account (only if you did). It will send a code to the email/phone number in order to reset
    the password.

    Give support a call and see if they can do anything for you
    support.xbox.com/call-us    . If you've spent 6 years as a Gold member a brief period as a Silver should not have gotten the number reset.

    Well that's quite unfair, I've kept it all this time, and I let it down for a day, and I'm reset. It hasn't done this any other time I renewed either, that's why I'm mad.
