    I reset my x box to keep games and apps but my x box live subscription did not save and now I have no x box live what can I do ?

    Hey Mario thanks for taking the time to bring this issue to us!

    First of all we suggest clearing out the Network Card Cache since if it is full it tends to cause this type of errors. To clear the cache:

    To clear the alternate MAC assuming you're on Xbox One and not PC it's

    Settings

    Network

    Network Settings

    Advanced Settings

    Alternate MAC Address

    Clear and restart

    Give it a shot and let us know how it goes!

    When my son trys to play any game that requires him to log into Xbox Live (ex: Fortnite, COD4) to play with others in network, he gets a screen that says he has to purchase Xbox Live or Live Gold. He already has an active Xbox Live Gold subscription. He
    can download updates but can't log into Live at all. I have reset my internet and had my son hard reset his console; neither worked.
