    Resetting after losing all audio


    The Thursday beta update changed something. The media remote quit working and the console no longer sent audio out to my soundbar.

    Redoing all the plugs managed to get things going, but twice it's reset to not sending audio.

    It did trigger sending mixed signals about power states. That is, different components turned off and on as the Xbox did its thing.

    I am resetting now hoping to have audio again.

    at least Atmos works for you in some instances.

    Denon AVR-X3300 here and I lose all audio after a few minutes. I have to change it to uncompressed 7.1 to have any kind of stable audio output.

    Have you been streaming or recording plays at all? And have you tried a hard reset? I had this problem yesterday afternoon but resolved after a hard reset and reconnecting my audio equipment.

    Pressing the guide button and then jumping back in does not work for me. I have to unplug the console to reset it or something.
