Resetting a modded gamerscore for my hacked account (Mod Removed)

A while back my account was hacked and my gamerscore was modded to 92,730G and I was wondering if this could be reset to 0G.

if you didn't contact Xbox Support and open a compromized account case due to it was hacked then your account gamerscore will likely be reset due to cheating to 0G.

Be aware that you want be able to earn those achievements again after the reset

 

So I'm assuming you meant I won't be able to earn some of these achievements back through replaying the game?

 

When gamerscore is reset, the achievements 'earned' the first time round cannot be re-earned to increase gamerscore. You would need to unlock new achievements.

 

Well, that's not ideal but it's worth not having a modded gamerscore. I was directed to this forum by an employee in chat so I'm not sure if I'm the right place to request this kind of thing.

 

There is no way to request a gamerscore reset. Someone would have to file a complaint on you and the enforcement team would give a reset after an investigation. They tend to do resets in waves so it could still be months before it happens.
