    Turning xbox off issue

    Thanks. Resetting the cache solved the issue. So far, resetting the cache has solved all issues i have, only this time i had to unplug the cord for a few seconds for it to fix it. Usually i dont unplug it when i reset, this time i had to.... but its working now so all is good....

    Resetting Display Settings ?

    I dont know thats why I was asking, everything else plugged into the TV displays correctly, 360, Android Media Box, Apple TV, PC but the X1 displays as above.

    It wasnt an issue on my TV downstairs the 46" but its an issue on my 32" in the games room. I have checked the aspect ratio but makes no difference.

    You can perform a factory reset on the console, however, I don't think you will be able to accomplish what you are trying to do without some sort of password security. If you don't have login security on the accounts then anyone using the console would
    be able to login to anyone else's account. That would give anyone access to whatever is available on any account. The only thing that I can think of would be not to put a payment method on any account and just add it when you want to purchase something
    then remove it immediately.

    You will always need a profile to play, if the issue is that you don't want to enter the password all the time, just download the profile again and you will be asked if you want to save the password

    Xbox einschalten, dabei den PowerButton 10 Sekunden lang gedrückt halten.

    Die Box sollte also an gehen und wieder aus

    Danach wieder einschalten und mal sehen, ist ne Art Hardrecover.

    Turn on Xbox while holding down the PowerButton for 10 seconds.

    The box should go on and off again

    Then turn it on again and let's see, it's kind of a hard recovery.
