Reset Xbox one without controller

So after I made my Xbox one to update I saw smth which later I found out its "black screen of death" and I need to reset my device which I don't mind cuz I don't have any games on it but the problem is after I go to the troubleshoot the keyboard doesn't work and I think I need the controller in which I don't actually have one so is there any other way to reset my Xbox without the need of the controller?

Thanks for replying. It is very difficult without controllers, as there is no way of moving the selections. Are you plugged directly into a wall outlet? If not try that and then connect the controllers. This will at least allow you to maneuver the Xbox settings
to do a
soft factory reset.

As long as no one has your passcode to the console, it can't be reset without calling support and proving you are the parent on the account.
