Reset Xbox One - stuck on Troubleshoot

Its impossible for me to go reset and keep games and apps because I am stuck on the troubleshoot screen. in which it doesn't allow me to do that for whatever reason. I also cant go back to the normal home screen and reset there because I am literally stuck on the troubleshoot screen. I cant just reset my Xbox and go back because it automatically puts me into the troubleshoot screen.

I did try solution 1 but it put me back onto the troubleshoot screen.

Any Ideas so I don't have to remove everything?

I have xbox one. The update was stuck at 50% for two hours..this is not normal i think. I boot in troubleshooting screen, and nothing works, offline updates with usb stick OSU1/ OSU2, factory reset, and nothing works.....i try everything.

If all fails you will either need to set up a repair or contact Xbox Support like mentioned on that troubleshooting page. When contacting Xbox Support use either the Phone option or the Microsoft Support Chat option on http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

I haven't tried yet. I seem to have misplaced my flashdrive somewhere u(luckily I didn't have anything important on it)so i will go buy another one tomorrow.

I'll try tomorrow and check-in with you guys with the results
