I have a problem with the parental control password of my xbox, I do not remember the password and the answer to the question could you help me, do I need to buy games for my xbox?

X Box 360 Parental Controls

You can reset the parental controls if you have registered your console on your account.

Just
follow the instructions here to reset the parental controls on your Xbox 360.

Hi can anybody help I have brought a 2nd hand xbox 360 and can't reset the parental controls. does anybody have a code I can use my system is K:2.0.17489.0

You will need to go on the website and use the email associated with the account to get the password reset.

It sounds like you are on the child account to me. An account just can't take control of another account like that without it being set up as a child account. If you continue having issues with your parental accounts, please contact phone support for more
