    Reset my Homeconsole setting


    Hello

    I tried to share Games with my cousin.

    But i dont understand what was to doo.

    Dont know about the Limit of 3 times to Set a BOX to your homeconsole.

    @Support: can you reset me?

    you need to actually contact support via chat or telephone to have this issue addressed by official staff

    Hmm ok, the XBOX-Support-page tells me the Support ist currently not available (only 10:00AM - 6:00PM) but i can try the forums or twitter.

    I don't have twitteracc, so I tried the Forum Reset my Homeconsole setting :)

    Tomorrow I try to call the support on phone.

    Hi - have you called Microsoft? I would suggest it - support.xbox.com under Contact us. You can also take it to a Microsoft store if one is close to you. They will reset your consule.
