Reset my console but saved games and apps and it won't let me on my games

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

This may mean that you’re signed in under the wrong account. Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check if you can see game transactions for the games you have installed on your Xbox, you should see them as “completed” as well.

Once confirmed, simply remove and re-add your account by following the steps below:

REMOVE ACCOUNT​​​

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide. ​​​

2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts. ​​​

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm. ​​​

4. When you're finished, select Close. ​​​

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

ADD ACCOUNT​​​

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide. ​​​

2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new. ​​​

3. Enter the Email address and the password.​​​

4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept. ​​​

5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console.​​​

Don't worry this won't lose your game data, to reset your console, follow these steps:​​​​​

Important: This will remove the profiles on your console, make sure that you remember the email and password to your account.

No data or game saves will be lost doing this, everything is backed up to the cloud servers.

- Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
-Select Settings.
-Select System.
-Select Console info
-Select Reset console.
-Select Reset and keep my games & apps.

Hello again, as you've already done a reinstall of the game, try doing a system reset by keeping games and Apps.

Resetting Keeping Games:

Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

Select system > Settings > System > Console Information

Select Reset console.

Restore and maintain my games and apps.

Rest assured, you won't miss games or saves

I think the original poster is having the same problem I am.

We're playing on a PC, so "console storage" is not an aspect of the problem.

There is no where in the game to delete saved games, my saved game list is empty. And it won't let me save a new one. I get the "unable to save game cloud storage is full" message.

And when I go onto my XBox app on my computer, there is nothing anywhere about storage. Or if there is, I can't find it.

I appreciate you letting me know. Let's then reset your console keeping your games and apps. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.
