reset lumina 521, cant get avatar back

I had to reset my lumina 521 windows phone. I sign into my xbox account and see my gamername in right hand corner. I need to get my avatar back that I had called unbarred pants but can not find it. How do I get my stuff back like before the reset? Thx

Temple Run 2 not saving game data?

I have a Lumina 521 and I dont even see this game in the store

It's WP8 too so im not sure whats up.

 

Gamerscore has reset!!!

I went online today and my achviements had been reset, my game history reset and my avatar reset, how can i get it back?

from my experience the windows 8/10 and windows phones 7/8/10 systems are not very well connected with the normal microsoft servers. on windows phone 7 there was an app called Xbox Extras that let you edit your avatar from the phone. looking on my WP10
there is a app called Xbox Avatars, which is most likely also available for WP8. i assume you just get the generic grey avatar showing? try installing this app and see if it syncs your data from the servers.

 

just loaded up my WP8 to check for you. when you click on the Profile icon, which should be the second one (photograph) under your name and gamerscore, after the Achievements icon, it will take you to view and edit your profile. if you click on Avatar
there, it will take you to the download page for Xbox Extras (like WP7). of course you could also just manually search that in the store. try loading that like i said above and see if it fixes it.
