The game captures should still be there if you uploaded all of it to Xbox Live, however, the accounts will get deleted during the factory reset procedure. You will have to sign in to the accounts again.

How do i see if the game capture are saved to xbox live and how to find my account info everytime i go to click my account to view that stuff it just loads forever

You can check if you have been uploading game clips to the Xbox network if the following setting is turned on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then go to Profile & System> Settings > Preferences > Capture & share > Automatically upload.

The other option to identify if you have been uploading to the Xbox network is you can view your game clips using the mobile or PC app.

Regarding the issue of not being able to view your account information. Please try to remove and re-add your profile on the console.

Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

When you're finished, select Close. Power off the console for 1min. Power on the console then click Gamertag pic

Select >Add New>

Enter the email address for the Microsoft account that you want to add.

If your time lapses on your Live service then your tenure will start back from zero again.
