Reset for no reason points and objectives of some of my games

Today, I turned on after a while of my xbox one x to see the news on the games and to my unpleasant surprise, I found 3 my games completely zero both points and goals (I have always played everything legit and with perfect consoles without changes), what the hell is going on? How can I be helped to recover my goals? (I had all the games completed at 100x100)

Read dead redemption undead nightmare issues

A lot of the missions won't complete, despite having finished the objectives.

For some reason, a lot of the time, instead of zombies, the game spawns humans with no heads.

Clearly, somethingain't right...

my star rank just reset and my purchases i have not got any points back for

I ordered infinite warfare and battlefield one and got no points for them it has been over a month and my star rank has reset for some reason

Can you provide some examples of the stats you're seeing reset? What games are you seeing that are affected? Are you seeing just stats reset, or are achievements for the games affected as well? Also, are you looking at these statistics before launching
the game? It's possible after some system updates you may need to launch the game to pull down the latest save files and data for that title for those fields to populate properly.

I'd also recommend checking the Profile section at xbox.com and see if the statistics are still listed there, because it is possible that it's a local data issue that hasn't been synced down to the console.

have zeroed both the goals and the statistics, but my player score and remained as before (so with all the points) have been reset only the games of the one, those of the 360 remained 100x100 (I have already completed all), and both on xbox. com that
on the app that on trueachievement I have the goals at zero.

So, you say they can't play objective, then throw some kill xp at us... The reason kills are less in objective game modes is because you get a lot more for actually doing the objectives.... You post has so much fail in it!

I think one should get more objective points , to make sure that ppl understood what the game is about.

And in my experience...... tons more objective points in rush
