    Reset Family Password


    Hi,

    Can somebody help me with family pass code, please?

    I bought one Xbox 360 from one person and when he try the game on fifa 2014 works fine. After 2 day when I bout one game Call of Duty this doesn't work because is protected by pass code.

    I speak with that person and he sad he don't remember because this game was in the box for 2 years.

    Can someone help me to reset the pass code, please?

    Hello XBF Leonzo G,

    I try to use your methods but its comming a message out of warranty and I try to push the button with the name of my console and I am transfered to device service and repair where I dont have no option just to change device.

    What can I do now?

    It is a phone number to cal in United Kingdom or just US?

    When you are on
    https://account.microsoft.com/devices    , you do NOT click on your console, but on the "More Actions" drop down menu on the right. Then you click on the "Reset Passcode" item.

    In that case, under the response that resolved your issue is a line that says "Did this solve your problem?". Would you kindly click on "Yes" if that resolved that issue? Then you can also rate the quality of the answer. That way, other people with the same

    To reset your xbox 360's parental passcode please go here:
    https://support.microsoft.com/devices     and register your device via serial number on the back of the console (on a sticker)

    1. On the devices page with your device listed, select More actions, select Reset passcode, and then follow the instructions to reset your passcode.

    2. You will be presented with two button combination sequences on the website that must be entered on your console while on the following page: Settings > System > Console Settings > Console Info. (different for every console)

    This will reset your console and the family passcode but will not erase profiles, games or game saves, but will require some settings to be entered again.

    To do this your Microsoft account must be an adult account and the console must be registered in your name.

    If you don't know the code to disable the parental control lock on an Xbox 360 console, you can always call up Xbox Support to have them help you reset it.

    Last I remember, there's a secret button code you input in the system settings menu. The code is unique to every console. Provide the customer representative your console's serial number, and they'll walk you through the steps on resetting the parental lock.
    Lots of people also do this when they buy a used console with a parental lock on it as well.
